Jordan Smith the voice | Jordan Smith the voice audition

Does anyone else STILL have chills over Jordan Smith’s performance on ‘The Voice’ from Nov. 9?! Adam Levine’s artist was the clear standout during the first night of Live Playoffs, and he’s truly set the tone for the rest of the contestants in the competition.
I am truly in awe of The Voice contestant Jordan Smith. The singer hasn’t faltered for a second throughout the entire show so far, and his strong, steady and emotional performance during the first live show on Nov. 9 proved that he knows how to bring it even in the most high-pressure moments. I’d even go as far as saying that Jordan is a shoe in to make the Season 9 finals if he keeps things up like this!

A no-gimmicks performance like last night’s provided the perfect opportunity for Jordan Smith the voice to shine — just him, his microphone…and his incredible voice. That’s all he needs anyway! All four coaches were on their feet after he finished singing Beyonce’s “Halo,” and the standing ovation was well-deserved, which was pretty evident from the fact that the crowd couldn’t stop cheering, either.

Here’s what’s so great about Jordan: He doesn’t have to hit crazy notes or hold out long runs to keep the audience interested. From the moment he starts singing, it’s impossible to not be transfixed by his smooth voice, and, as usual, he remained cool, calm and collected throughout his entire performance on Monday’s live show.
